Icarus Tower Dubai

Just when you thought that Burj Khalifa couldn't be beaten, up comes the Icarus Tower Dubai. Designed and built with the energy in mind, this will utilise new technology based upon the movement of individuals, essentially creating a building that is powered by its inhabitants.

Although final designs have not yet been established, they are thought to not conform with the the traditional bravado of Dubai's skyline, and while the height of the "Icarus Dubai" is thought to be pitched as higher than the Burj, "it will look unlike anything in Dubai. Please bear in mind that it is the first day of the fourth month of the year .
