I don't know if they have gone as far as putting up paper ads... I applied for one ad in Times of India July 21st 2010 edition, though the ad mentioned job in MNC, the email was a general gmail address by sxsrecruit@gmail.com.
I started getting unsolicited mails from jobsindubai.com from they day I applied for this job... they are also accessing your profiles from job sites like

I paid 76 USD for joining them. Even after six months there was nothing happening. SO i requested for refund as they are advertising. Its almost 6 months since i requested refund and still they are giving some scrap justifications and i still didn't get my money back.

I would say dont beleive them.
