These maps are suspect. Look at the size of Alaska vs. Florida in the population map. Alaska does not have 6X the population!

Children born in Mexico, are automatically Mexican, regardless of who their parents are. I thought all countries had this provision, but it seems that Australia doesn't.

Australia has no problem with borders...the sharks are very unforgiving...also just because a child is born in Oz doesn't automatically make it a citizen. Wish USA had such a law.

As far as Alaska being bigger than Florida in the population map, the maps are made so the size of the country as a whole is proportional, so if one part of a country is geographically larger in real life, it will also be similarly larger in the map (i.e., the maps don't indicate anything about the distribution of the population (or whatever data is in the map) within a particular country).
